Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to federal employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS.
  • Manage and maintain network connections, printers, and peripherals to ensure minimal downtime.
