Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain state agency network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Configure and troubleshoot enterprise software systems, including databases and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital projects and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to state employees and the public.
- Ensure compliance with state IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or IT support within a large organization.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure Administrator are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, Windows Server, Linux, and cloud computing technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
