Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of all hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows) and productivity software across a diverse range of devices.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets using the ServiceNow ticketing system, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Conduct user training sessions and create technical documentation to empower staff with self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate with network administrators to ensure seamless integration of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical certifications are strongly desired.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
