Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets to ensure rapid resolution.
- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on workstations.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new operating systems and applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain network security and data integrity.
- Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
