Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement complex network infrastructure for federal systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols and cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and improve IT workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members.
- Manage project lifecycles for IT system upgrades and maintenance.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Proficiency with network protocols, firewalls, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced government environment.
- Experience with federal IT compliance standards (FISMA, NIST).
