Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data and systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and federal agency stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks to meet federal standards (NIST/FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT modernization projects.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate inventory records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Proficiency in network administration, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of federal compliance frameworks and security regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
