Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve Helpdesk tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Monitor system performance and alert management to prevent downtime.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of end-user devices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical procedures and incidents.
- Collaborate with Day Shift teams to ensure seamless service handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Current Active Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret) or the ability to obtain one.
- Proven experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
