Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize server infrastructure including virtualization, cloud platforms, and network systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise applications and hardware
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct system backups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system integrations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Windows/Linux server administration
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell/Python) for automation
- Strong understanding of network security principles
