Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain agency-wide cybersecurity systems and protocols
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure solutions aligned with federal standards
- Provide technical support for complex network operations and cloud platforms
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity protocols
- Conduct system vulnerability assessments and security audits
- Mentor junior IT staff and lead cross-functional technology projects
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, and other federal security frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT management experience in federal/government sector
- Active CISSP, Security+, or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and enterprise network architecture
- Demonstrated experience with federal procurement processes and vendor management
- Strong knowledge of FISMA compliance and risk assessment methodologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
