Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) across government facilities.
- Implement and monitor network security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems administration or IT support within a government or enterprise environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Server 2016/2019 and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
