Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local and wide area network hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal security, availability, and capacity.
- Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting for end-user devices and applications.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline government workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a government or enterprise IT environment.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance (if required).
