Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and documentation of business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions and system integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and technical standards.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system health and security compliance in accordance with state regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships for third-party software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis or software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong database management skills, including SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Experience with agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
