Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of county-wide network systems, servers, and databases.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for internal government staff.
- Assist in the deployment of software updates, security patches, and hardware upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state data privacy and security regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflow and technology solutions.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for non-technical staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis or IT support.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL databases.
- Experience with government IT systems or public sector environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by the department.
