Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for system development.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct thorough system testing, quality assurance, and debugging to ensure software reliability and security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver IT solutions on time.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems, resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Document technical processes, code changes, and system architecture for future maintenance and team onboarding.
- Ensure all technical implementations adhere to state security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in systems analysis, software development, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical and technical staff.
