Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Perform system performance tuning, security audits, and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document system architecture, requirements, and technical processes to support knowledge transfer and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis or software development.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#; strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders.
