Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable IT solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and state agency stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement preventative maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with state security policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in systems analysis and software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, Oracle) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
