Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging policy trends and federal regulations
- Prepare concise policy briefs, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-agency stakeholder meetings and working group sessions
- Monitor legislative developments and assess potential impacts on agency operations
- Support the development of evidence-based policy solutions
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform policy decisions

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
