Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of large-scale neural network architectures and distributed computing systems.
- Scalability: Engineer systems capable of processing petabytes of data with microsecond latency.
- Optimization: Implement cutting-edge optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, mixed precision) to maximize hardware efficiency.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
