Key Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and Azure.
- Lead the planning and execution of system migrations and modernization initiatives.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement robust cybersecurity protocols.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, or cloud computing.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+ preferred.
- Proven experience in ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
