Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, high-performance AI models and neural network infrastructures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Roadmap Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to translate the 2026 vision into concrete technical requirements and engineering milestones.
- Algorithm Optimization: Drive research and implementation of advanced algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture. Experience with quantum computing concepts is a significant plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of delivering complex, innovative technical solutions that have had a measurable impact on business outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and drive solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
