In this role, you will not just implement existing solutions; you will architect the infrastructure for the AI era of 2026. You will work with a world-class team of researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of Generative AI, Predictive Modeling, and Ethical Machine Learning.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the technical strategy for our transition to next-gen Neural Processing Units (NPUs).
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI features into consumer-facing applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance and model explainability in a decentralized cloud environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex technical transitions.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act).
