Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Technical Roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Design and deploy scalable Generative AI models and neural networks.
- Lead a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers in research and development.
- Ensure architectural integrity and security standards for all AI systems.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Deep Learning and quantum computing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in Machine Learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI implementations.
- Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Excellent communication skills and leadership experience.
