Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Lead Architect to spearhead Project 2026, our cutting-edge initiative to redefine the boundaries of artificial intelligence and quantum computing. In this pivotal role, you will design the foundational systems that bridge the gap between classical data structures and quantum mechanics.
Join a world-class team at Nexus Future Labs, where innovation is not just a goal, but a daily practice. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, high-performance solutions that will power the next generation of global intelligence systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical roadmap for Project 2026, focusing on hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Design secure, resilient infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to drive innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system scalability.
- Define and implement performance benchmarks to ensure optimal throughput and low latency.
- Oversee the integration of emerging quantum hardware with existing cloud ecosystems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
