Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service when collecting or delivering packages and handling inquiries professionally.
- Physical Duties: Lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 70 pounds over various terrains, including stairs and uneven surfaces.
- Vehicle Operation: Drive and operate a postal vehicle or walk a designated route as required by station needs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of delivery attempts, manage postage, and manage postal products.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Residency: Must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent resident status.
- Background Check: Pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Driving: A valid driver's license is often required (depending on the specific station assignment).
