Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Deliver mail to residential and business addresses along established routes.
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve delivery issues and answer inquiries.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy parcels and standing for extended periods.
- Verify addresses and ensure proper labeling and routing of mail.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the facility and on delivery routes.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
