Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver mail and packages along assigned routes in Columbus, OH.
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Load and unload trucks, sorting equipment, and delivery vehicles safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all USPS safety regulations, operational procedures, and time standards.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting packages weighing up to 70 pounds and walking long distances.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or possess legal right to work in the U.S.
- Possess a valid driver's license (Class C or higher) with a safe driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
