Responsibilities
- Sort and process mail and packages efficiently and accurately according to delivery routes.
- Deliver mail and parcels to residences and businesses in a timely manner, adhering to safety standards.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer inquiries, and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including vehicles and sorting equipment.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting packages (up to 70 lbs), walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Follow all postal service safety protocols and traffic laws while operating a vehicle.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for delivery roles).
- Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
