Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages with speed and accuracy.
- Load and unload parcels and letters onto delivery vehicles or conveyor systems.
- Deliver mail to residential and business addresses along assigned routes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the facility and on the route.
- Provide excellent customer service to the public during mail handling.
- Operate sorting machinery and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Adhere to all postal safety regulations and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Good vision and ability to read addresses clearly.
