Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail manually or using automated equipment.
- Deliver mail to residential and business customers along designated routes in a safe and timely manner.
- Obtain signatures, provide proof of delivery, and collect payment for CODs (if applicable).
- Perform duties in the Post Office and on the street as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including vehicles and sorting equipment.
- Follow safety regulations and protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have permanent resident status.
- Possess a valid driver's license (for Carrier positions).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
