Responsibilities
- Mail Sorting: Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently.
- Delivery Operations: Load, unload, and organize mail in vehicles for daily distribution.
- Route Management: Follow established routes to deliver mail to residential and business customers.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance on equipment and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating machinery and vehicles.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen or have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Driving: A valid driver's license is required for carrier positions.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read maps and addresses.
