Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare program performance metrics and recommend operational improvements
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies for veteran service delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance patient experience and outcomes
- Prepare executive reports and budget analyses for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with federal healthcare regulations and VA policies
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives across clinical and administrative departments
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify service gaps and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 3+ years federal program analysis or healthcare administration experience
- Proficiency in VA systems, VISTA, or similar healthcare IT platforms
- Advanced knowledge of federal grant management and procurement processes
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in healthcare data analysis
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA background clearance
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
