Responsibilities
- Design and implement program evaluation frameworks to assess SSA service delivery effectiveness
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Develop strategic recommendations for policy implementation across Midwest region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational challenges
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership on program performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (OMB, GAO, and SSA directives)
- Lead process reengineering initiatives to enhance citizen service delivery
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Expertise in data analysis using Excel, SQL, or federal reporting systems
- Strong knowledge of federal budgeting and procurement regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Active U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Experience with SSA or HHS programs preferred
