Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair municipal roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Operate heavy machinery including asphalt pavers and trenchers
- Document infrastructure conditions using GIS mapping and digital reporting tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and municipal safety protocols
- Respond to emergency infrastructure repairs during inclement weather
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in public works or construction maintenance
- Valid Colorado Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Proficiency with heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong understanding of municipal infrastructure standards
