Responsibilities
- Coordinate municipal service delivery across public works, parks, and transportation departments
- Act as primary liaison between city officials and community stakeholders

- Manage compliance with federal/state regulations for municipal operations
- Oversee infrastructure maintenance projects and service quality assessments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in municipal government or public sector
- Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Advanced proficiency in municipal software systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification in Public Administration (CPM) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
