Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or public maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate hand/power tools and light machinery
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for public interaction
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
