Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility rules to maintain security and order
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises to prevent contraband and safety hazards

- Document incidents, reports, and inmate behavior with precise attention to detail
- Screen visitors and packages according to departmental procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) certification required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
