Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass rigorous background check and physical fitness assessment
- Certification in CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong conflict resolution skills and crisis management abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- U.S. citizenship and residency in Massachusetts for minimum 1 year
- No felony convictions and clean drug screening history
