Responsibilities
- Provide Superior Client Support: Manage incoming inquiries from government agency clients and the general public during night shift hours, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Operational Security: Adhere to strict government security protocols and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive citizen data and government records.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot service requests, process applications, and route complex issues to the appropriate departments for escalation.
- System Management: Utilize government databases and CRM software to update case statuses, track service metrics, and generate nightly reports.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for evening operations, communicating effectively with team leads and field personnel.
- Compliance: Maintain a clean, professional workspace and ensure all operational procedures align with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, government administration, or public sector operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with government case management systems.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and security clearance verification.
