Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance data overnight to ensure optimal functionality and security.
- Perform routine data integrity checks and validate database entries for government records.
- Generate nightly statistical reports and dashboards for government stakeholders.
- Respond to critical system alerts and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to transfer knowledge and hand over data status.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or IT support.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and rotating weekends.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Tableau is required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a regulated environment.
