Responsibilities
- Monitor Data Streams: Analyze real-time data feeds and system logs to detect anomalies, security threats, or operational inefficiencies during the night shift.
- Generate Reports: Create comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for federal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain Compliance: Adhere to strict federal security protocols, data privacy laws, and internal governance standards.
- Collaborate Across Shifts: Liaise with day-shift analysts and project managers to ensure seamless data continuity and handovers.
- Data Validation: Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation tasks to ensure the integrity of our datasets before analysis.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical findings to non-technical government personnel clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or systems administration.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret government security clearance.
