Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot federal government systems and networks during night operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards (FedRAMP).
- Perform routine data backups, system updates, and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct security sweeps and access control verifications.
- Document system logs and report anomalies to the shift lead.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless continuity.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or federal contract work.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong understanding of network security and data privacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
