Responsibilities
- Monitor Security Systems: Oversee surveillance equipment and access control points to ensure facility security throughout the night shift.
- Facility Inspections: Conduct routine walkthroughs and inspections to verify safety compliance and identify potential hazards.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly and accurately to security alarms, emergencies, and unauthorized access attempts.
- Administrative Support: Manage logs, reports, and documentation related to night shift activities and security events.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with day shift teams and supervisors to ensure a smooth handover of duties.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all federal and organizational protocols are strictly followed during operations.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or a related federal support role.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Background: Ability to pass a federal background investigation and drug screening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree or military service preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with computer systems.
