Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of federal supplies during the night shift.
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with federal regulations.
- Utilize barcode scanning and inventory management software to maintain real-time stock accuracy.
- Ensure all security protocols and safety procedures are strictly followed during overnight operations.
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies and logistical bottlenecks.
- Prepare shipping documentation and pallets for outgoing loads.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 5 Background Investigation clearance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
