Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to support program objectives and policy development.
- Prepare comprehensive, high-quality reports and presentations for state leadership and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate inter-agency meetings to ensure alignment on project milestones and compliance standards.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assist in the development of procedural manuals and guidelines.
- Manage and organize confidential records, ensuring data integrity and adherence to privacy laws.
- Assist in the budget tracking and allocation of resources for assigned programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government operations, program analysis, or administrative support.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data visualization tools is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of California state government processes and regulations is a significant plus.
