Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with federal, state, and local regulations during overnight operations
- Conduct routine inspections of municipal facilities to ensure safety protocols are maintained
- Document and report violations using digital systems with real-time data transmission
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for incidents occurring during non-business hours
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical overnight operations
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities and submit comprehensive shift reports
- Train junior staff on compliance procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in government compliance or public safety
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (Level 3)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Emergency First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
