Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned government facilities and grounds during night hours to ensure safety and security.
- Control access points and verify credentials of visitors and personnel to maintain strict security protocols.
- Respond promptly to security alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations following established procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment, surveillance systems, and building infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and logs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or government facilities preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
