Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server systems and network infrastructure 24/7 to ensure continuous operational availability.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP, and virtualization technologies.
  • Valid CompTIA Security+ or Cisco CCNA certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during night shifts.
