Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for government systems during night operations.
- Monitor server health, network traffic, and security alerts to ensure 24/7 uptime and data integrity.
- Conduct routine physical and digital security audits to strictly comply with federal standards.
- Manage and resolve escalated help desk tickets with minimal supervision.
- Perform system backups, patch management, and maintenance tasks during off-peak hours.
- Document all system events and incidents in the centralized ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Must possess a current Secret Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
