Responsibilities
- Patrol designated city areas to deter crime and ensure public safety during overnight hours
- Respond promptly to emergency calls, including medical incidents and security breaches
- Monitor surveillance systems and dispatch appropriate emergency services
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Conduct routine facility checks for government buildings and infrastructure
- Provide assistance to citizens during non-emergency situations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years security/public safety experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in emergency radio protocols and surveillance systems
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends/holidays
