Responsibilities
- Maintain secure document management systems during overnight operations

- Operate specialized scanning and archival equipment
- Monitor security systems and report irregularities
- Prepare daily shift reports for daytime supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years records management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document databases
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to obtain DOJ/FBI clearance
